Emlak Partners ("we", "us") operates a global directory and referral network for Turkish and Turkish-speaking real estate professionals. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this platform.

• Specialties, languages, bio, photo
• Social and contact links (WhatsApp, website, LinkedIn)

From referral submitters:

• Your name, email, phone, company
• Client requirements (location, budget, timeframe, needs)
• Optional client details (name, phone, financing, etc.)

Automatically collected:

• IP address, browser type, device, operating system
• Pages viewed, time on site, referral source
• Cookie and analytics identifiers

• To display member profiles in the public directory
• To route referral submissions to matched professionals
• To verify identity, license, and professional credentials
• To send transactional emails (OTP, status updates)
• To improve the platform, detect fraud, and prevent abuse
• To comply with legal obligations

We process personal data on these bases:

• Consent — when you submit forms or opt in
• Contract — to provide directory and referral services

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only under strictly regulated operational circumstances:

Member profiles remain while the account is active. Referral records are kept for 24 months for dispute resolution. Sign-in logs are kept for 90 days. You may request deletion at any time.
