Terms of Service 

By accessing or using Emlak Partners ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Emlak Partners operates a global directory of Turkish and Turkish-speaking real estate professionals. We provide:

• A searchable directory of verified professionals
• Referral submission and routing services
• Member profile hosting and verification badges
• Communication tools between professionals and clients

Important Notice: We are not a real estate brokerage. We do not buy, sell, or lease property. We are not a party to any transaction between members and their clients.

To register as a professional member, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Hold a valid real estate license or professional credential in your jurisdiction, where required by law
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any membership at our sole discretion.

We offer three verification tiers: Emlak Partners Verified, License Verified, and Identity Verified. Verification is based on documents and information provided by the member. We make reasonable efforts to validate these, but we do not guarantee accuracy.

Members are responsible for keeping their license information current. Expired or revoked credentials may result in removal of the verification badge.

Referral submissions are routed to qualified professionals in the relevant market. By submitting a referral:

• You confirm you have the client's permission to share their details
• You understand that referral routing is not guaranteed
• You agree to engage in good faith with matched professionals

Members receiving referrals agree to respond promptly, protect client confidentiality, and act in the client's best interest.

You agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate another person or professional
• Use the platform for money laundering or illegal activity
• Scrape, copy, or republish directory data without consent
• Spam, harass, or abuse other members or clients
• Circumvent our referral system or fees
• Reverse engineer or attempt to breach platform security

All content on Emlak Partners — including the logo, brand, design, code, and directory structure — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Members retain ownership of their profile content (photos, bio, contact info) but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that any member is properly licensed, qualified, or suitable. Clients must perform their own due diligence before engaging any professional.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Emlak Partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost referrals, or lost business opportunities.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your directory profile will be removed.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Emlak Partners is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
